We are so excited to meet you! Here is what you need to expect during your First visit at Scarlett & Sage Hair Salon.

To start, we offer online booking. You can download the VAGARO mobile app or locate the booking page at the bottom of this page. If you are booking online. Choose appointments listed as “New Client” and choose the service that best describes your needs. If you are still unsure of the service you will need, or speaking to a person is more your speed, please call our front desk 540-277-3121. Our second Location is now open as well, and you can reach our front desk at our Remington location at 540-252-3228.

Please arrive 15 min early so you have time to fill out our New Client Consultation form. It is a short form that helps us get to know you and your routine. You will also find our Wi-Fi password and policies on the bottom of this form. We will get you settled, grab you a drink & snack. As soon as your stylist is ready you will have a consultation with your stylist.  There is a coffee bar available for your use. Please help yourself to an iced coffee, latte, tea or cup of coffee. your consultation is where we would love for you to express all your wants, needs and goals with your hair. We also love to know what you have not previously liked or what you would like to change. This gives us the knowledge we need to create a customized hair plan and give you all the recommendations you need to create your goals at home.  We also ask that you bring 3 photos that you LOVE!

Throughout your service you may have one of our assistants help with Shampooing, treatments, finishing and small color applications. They all attend class and are highly trained in any service your stylist seeks their assistance for. They also love getting their hands involved in anything they can as they are all aspiring designer stylists and, in our State approved Apprenticeship program. If you would like to see their faces before your appointment, please go to our “About Us” page and check them out!

During your check out, we will recommend products used and an appropriate re-book time to maintain/achieve your hair goals. We generally book out 3-4 weeks. So, if pre-booking your appointment doesn't work for your schedule, we totally understand. Life gets busy for us all! Just keep in mind when needing your next appointment to please visit our booking page or give us a call a few weeks before your services are needed. 

We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks. We are however unable to accept tips through our payment system and they will need to be given to your stylist by cash, check or personal VENMO.
